Lounge/Dining Room with two sofas, Dining table and six chairs. Open fire for colder Autumn and Winter stays (coal and logs available). TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Books and Board Games.
Fully fitted kitchen with Electric Oven and Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Kettle and Toaster. All the crockery, cutlery and cookware you will need for any length of stay.
The modern bathroom has a thermostatic shower over the bath, as well as bath shower mixer taps to make it easier to wash the sand off your feet after a day on the beach !
Utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Iron, ironing board.
The rear Lounge door opens onto a Loggia, which leads to the garden.
The south facing Garden is mainly grassed with a small patio, table and chairs, and plenty of space for a barbeque.
The Apartment has central heating with radiators in all rooms, and plenty of hot water available 24 hours a day.
Bexhill town centre with numerous restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away.
